The job title is Home Staging Warehouse Coordinator. The individual in this role is responsible for maintaining the inventory of the company and coordinating the routine of company equipment and fleet. They will also be tasked with assisting in moving furniture and participating in home staging as necessary. There’s no required experience for home staging.

Driving to various locations for inventory pickups is another aspect of the role.

One of the duties includes furniture repair. This involves carrying out maintenance on home staging furniture and equipment, installing safety equipment, assisting in furniture assembly, and cleaning furniture.

The Home Staging Warehouse Coordinator is also responsible for scheduling the maintenance of company vans and equipment. This involves taking the company vans to mechanics for regular maintenance, as well as shopping for warehouse equipment and inventory.

Their role also includes organization of furniture and the warehouse; tasks include receiving and placement of incoming furniture, picking and filling orders of furniture, and making sure all inventory is ready for shipment.

They will also participate in moving furniture into houses being staged, decorating houses with the staging teams, and driving company cargo vans to different locations.

More pay is available if the individual possesses handyman skills. These include fixing basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, knowledge of paint and wall repair, and the ability to do medium-sized renovations such as creating a new bathroom from scratch.

The start date for the position is within two weeks of accepting the offer. The job is a full-time hourly W2 Employee position with a pay rate of $23 an hour. If the applicant has a background in furniture repair or handyman experience, the pay rate can increase to $25-28 an hour. Work hours are from 8am EST to 4:30pm EST with a probationary period of 90 days.

The conditions for the position state that the applicant must be capable of lifting furniture over 50lbs and possess a driver’s license capable of driving a 14ft cargo van.
