The company is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Home Staging. The job type is full-time, part-time, or with a flexible schedule, and the location includes Northern VA, DC, MD, WV, PA with some travel perhaps necessary.

The company desires a Warehouse Associate to aid the staging process both behind the scenes and on-site. The job involves organizing inventory, assisting with installations and removals, and providing overall support. This is a physical, hands-on role suitable for detailed, active people who enjoy teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and overseeing inventory. The associate will load furniture and decorations into the staging vehicles and help with installations and removals. They will have to lift and transport items, and comfortably lift over 50 pounds. As needed, they will have to drive cargo vans and box trucks to the staging site. The associate must also support the staging team with furniture placement and setup, as well as maintain inventory documentation, and work with the install team for efficiency.

Prior experience in a warehouse or with moving/staging is not necessary but preferable. They must have strong organizational and communication skills, and be reliable and punctual. A clean driving record and valid driver’s license are necessary, as well as the ability to work on their own or as part of a team, and be able to adapt to a flexible schedule when staging needs arise.
