The company is in search of a full-time Design Consultant who excels at marketing and communication. Any prior experience in Residential Design/Staging is an added advantage. Remuneration ranges from $17.05 to $22.45 per hour.
Responsibilities include staying updated on the current design trends and implementing them in every project. Coordination with the project management team for delivering projects on time and within budget to exceed client expectations. Creation of marketing materials like flyers and brochures to help expedite sales. Ensuring photogenic representation of spaces and consultation with clients to determine optimal staging design to hasten property sales. Daily tasks include visits to homes, envisioning ideal staging designs and guiding the installation team during staging and destaging activities. Additional duties involve tracking of fashionable furniture and chic decor, driving delivery vehicles, and displaying commendable leadership and teamwork.
Qualifications required include effective time management and organizational skills alongside 2+ years of interior design experience. A degree or license in interior design is preferred. You should be knowledgeable about affordable and functional furniture system and finishes, possess superior listening and communication skills and be a diligent team player. Physical fitness for moving furniture and a clean driving license are also prerequisites.
