This dynamic and successful real estate team is based in Montgomery County, MD and they are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Home Stager to prepare their listings before they hit the market. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in presenting properties in their best light, aiding their clients to achieve their real estate objectives.

The chosen candidate will work closely with the team’s agents and clients to comprehend the unique potential of each property. Part of the duties will entail devising and executing staging plans that will amplify a home’s appeal, with an emphasis on maximizing space, light, and flow. Sourcing and managing a diverse inventory of furniture, décor, and accessories will also be part of your responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining and keeping these items stylish. The Home Stager will physically stage the properties, from furniture placement and arranging accessories to ensuring a polished and welcoming presentation. Recommendations to clients on decluttering, as well as cosmetic improvements to further enhance staging efforts, will also be part of the job. Additional duties will include coordinating with photographers to ensure staged properties are photographed beautifully for marketing materials. Keeping abreast of current design trends and staging best practices will be essential, as will managing scheduling and logistics for staging installations and removals.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a home stager, and should be able to showcase a portfolio of successfully staged properties. Exceptional design and a keen understanding of visual aesthetics a must. Other essential skills include excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary as the job involves collaborating with agents and clients. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move furniture and staging items are requirements of the job. The candidate should also have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, as well as a proactive, detail-oriented, and positive attitude.

Candidates with formal training or certification in interior design or home staging, familiarity with the local real estate market, or experience managing a staging inventory and budget will have an edge.
