They are on the hunt for an Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in resolving problems and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment. This role is available within a rapidly growing home staging company that serves Maryland and Northern Virginia.

The successful applicant will be an essential aide to the company’s visionary founder. This position is perfect for those who are energised by systems, flourish amid organisation, and aren’t afraid to step in and lend a hand when the team needs support.

Outstanding candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across Maryland and Virginia, coordinating with agents and leads on proposals, contracts, and follow-ups, owning the scheduling process for both regions, sending and tracking invoices. This individual will also collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator for seamless workflows, occasionally offer in-field support if a team member is unavailable, and upkeep excellent communication with team members and clients. They will be an integral part in keeping the operations running smoothly so the company’s creative team can do their best work.

Excellent candidates will have an eye for detail and superior follow-through skills. Being a licensed real estate agent who’s looking to shift away from sales is a plus, as the individual will already understand the language of the company’s client. They should remain calm under pressure, be resourceful, solutions-focused, and team-minded. A “no task is too small” mentality is essential. They should be excellent communicators, proactive, and always in the know. They should also have a zeal for growth and development.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, and will range from 9 AM to 5 PM with no nights or weekends. Pay is hourly, ranging from $19-$21, based on experience. This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an aspiring venture. The job is full-time, with the pay being $19.00 – $22.00 per hour and the expected work hours are 40 per week. The schedule is from Monday to Friday and the work location is in person. The ideal candidate will be ready to bring their A-game to a team that values creativity, hustle, and heart.
