Pink Dot is in the process of hiring a Junior level home staging assistant. The individual will work part-time, mainly Monday through Friday, with occasional Sundays. The ideal candidate isn’t averse to driving and parking in bustling downtown Boston and its neighborhoods.

Their new hire will join their team at the Framingham warehouse and work on staging projects in the Greater Boston area. The individual’s role will involve preparing for staging jobs, assisting with installations, and organizing the warehouse. They will work closely with the owner and the design director.

While job experience isn’t mandatory, they appreciate candidates who show initiative and have an eye for design. The majority of their stages, 75% to be precise, are in Boston. Hence, candidates living East of Framingham will have an advantage.

Pink Dot seeks an individual who has a passion for design or has experience in design. The preferred candidate is someone who has an eye for layout, pays attention to detail, is flexible, keen to learn, and isn’t afraid of physical work.

Once on board, the assistant will need to be available for 10-15 hours a week during the training period and up to 30 hours per week after training. The individual needs to have their own reliable transportation to commute to and from the warehouse and job sites.

The engagement can be either full-time or part-time and the pay per hour ranges from $22.00 to $24.00, averaging around 10-30 hours per week. In addition to a flexible schedule, benefits include working in person at a rather exciting location.
