Set The Stage Boston Metro North is a home staging and furnishing company. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Studio / Warehouse Organizer. This person should love keeping spaces tidy and beautifully organized. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on organizing projects and values having a predictable weekly schedule.

This job requires a commitment of twice per week for two hours per shift, a total of four hours each week. The company endeavors to maintain the same days and times each week for consistency. However, these days and times are negotiable and can be adjusted to fit the right candidate’s schedule.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for putting away furniture, decor, plants, and accessories returning from staging jobs. They will also have to maintain the organization of inventory, shelving, and storage areas. They may have to reorganize decor categories such as lamps, plants, accessories, etc. from time to time. Helping with general organization projects to keep the studio efficient and tidy will also be expected. Above all, the candidate must handle items with care and keen attention to detail.

To be suitable for this role, the candidate should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. They should be dependable and self-motivated, comfortable working independently. They should be capable of occasionally lifting bins up to 20 lbs. An interest in home decor or creative environments would be a bonus but is not obligatory.
