The employer is searching for a self-driven individual to fill the role of an assistant in Residential Color Scheme & Home Staging Consultations. In addition, the potential employee will also partake in office work. The ideal candidate would be highly organized, efficient, reliable, and punctual, with the ability to be resourceful while open to both learning and taking direction.
Having a background in design and art or even just a love for color and home decoration is necessary for this role. Additionally, a creative eye complemented by attention to detail, good communication skills and dependability is highly valued.
The roles and responsibilities of this job include assisting in color consultations for interior and exterior homes, helping with home staging consultations, and carrying color sample binders and home staging accessories. This does not include large furnishings. The assistant will also be tasked with organizing color samples both on-site and in the office and handling general office duties. The job also requires helping clients view color options.
A knack for social media usage is desirable as it will be used for assisting with videos and posting content, along with taking photos and videos on consultations for Instagram/Facebook reels and stories. Passion for color, home decor, and social media would be a great addition to these skills. The hiring process would prioritize those candidates who answer all questions, submit their resumes and provide the names and phone numbers of three work references.
The employer assures it to be a scent-free workplace, with a strict policy against residual smoke on clothing. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
