They expect the candidate to possess a creative eye and pay keen attention to detail. It is also necessary for the applicant to have good communication skills, be available when needed, and prove to be dependable in every instance. Tasks to be assigned will range from assisting with color consultations for interior and exterior homes, home staging consultations, and managing color sample binders as well as home staging accessories.
The assistant will also have office tasks such as organizing color samples off-site and in-house, performing general office duties, and assisting clients in selecting color options. Those are good at using social media will have an added advantage as they will be needed to help with recording videos and posting content.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about color, home decor, and social media. Prioritization will be given to candidates who answer all questions, upload their resumes, and include the name and phone number of three work references. A crucial point to note is that the environment is scent-free, including residual smoke on clothing. The assistant must be prepared to mask up when asked.
