This individual will be part of their team and will help transform properties into showpieces that are ready for the market.

The potential employee will work alongside homeowners, agents, and design teams and set up homes that are up for sale. This involves choosing and organizing furniture, decorations, and accessories to enhance the overall appeal of the property. This person also will provide staging and styling services on-site. Their role comprises formulating tailor-made staging plans that are dependant on the property layout and target market.

Further responsibilities include suggesting minor repairs, paint colors, and lighting enhancements. They will be in charge of managing inventory of staging materials and organizing delivery/pickup when necessary. This professional should also be observing interior design trends and stay updated on the local real estate market.

The requirements for this position are previous home staging, interior design or real estate experience. They must possess strong visual and spatial design skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills. The ability to operate independently and oversee multiple projects is a must, as well as reliable transportation and the ability to lift/move staging materials. A flexible schedule is also crucial, especially for short-notice staging needs.

The preferred qualifications include a degree or certification in Interior Design or a related field. Having a portfolio of past staging or design work would be beneficial. Familiarity with real estate photography and marketing is also preferred.

The job type is part-time, with a pay of $25.00 per hour. The work location is in-person.
