Currently, they are in search of a creative and meticulous Home Staging Consultant to come on board and turn properties into showpieces ready for the market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaming up with homeowners, agents, and design crews to prepare homes for sale. They’ll choose and organize furniture, decor, and accessories to boost property attraction. They’re required to deliver on-the-spot staging and styling services. They will be tasked with creating personalized staging plans that consider the property layout and targeted market. They also need to give advice for small repairs, paint colors, and enhancements on lighting.
The candidate will oversee an inventory of staging materials and manage delivery or pickup as required. It’s essential that they stay updated on interior design fads and the local real estate market.
Candidates will need to have had prior experience in home staging, interior design, or the real estate sector. They must possess strong visual and spatial design competencies. They need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Technology skills are required to learn virtual photo staging software. They need to be comfortable working on their own and handling several projects simultaneously. They must have dependable transportation and the capability to lift or move staging materials. They must have a flexible schedule and be available for short-notice staging needs on occasion.
Preferred applicants are those with a degree or certification in Interior Design or a similar field. A portfolio of previous staging or design work will be advantageous. Familiarity with real estate photography and marketing is also a bonus.
The position is part-time.
The pay is $25.00 per hour.
