The Lead Installer/Warehouse Team Lead-Home Staging’s main role is to head up warehouse operations and direct the installation teams to ensure effective home staging. The role is located in Twin Cities and is highly crucial to the company’s values of professionalism and creativity.

The desired candidate should be prepared to carry out such tasks as loading and unloading furniture for different staging projects. They will also lead a team of installers, place furniture, hang artwork – with the training being provided beforehand.

The applicant is also required to keep the company warehouse tidy and well organised. They will be driving a 26’ box truck to the staging locations and be comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Several qualifications are necessary for this role including strong leadership skills and a positive attitude. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and proactive whilst being capable of lifting up to 100 lbs with a team.

Comfort with driving a 26’ box truck is a prerequisite and experience would be preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with consistent physical work and have a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in a similar field like moving, warehouse, installation, or staging would be a major advantage.
