Responsibilities for this role involves carrying out PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis and completing Buyer Certifications alongside Web lead conversion certifications. Organising at least two open houses every month, the candidate would also need to convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
Participation in script practice sessions following team standards, is required. Engaging in team activities as determined by company standards would also be expected. This role also requires commitment to one-on-one weekly coaching sessions, weekly training sessions, and Partner Calls.
Additional duties entail consulting with prospective buyers, securing signed buyer agreements, and identifying appropriate homes for clients. The successful candidate will be expected to write and negotiate offers on behalf of the buyers, monitor activities, and manage clients using PLACE Technology.
The ideal candidate should be intrinsically motivated with a competitive spirit as a sales professional. Exceptional skills in building rapport, active listening, and problem-solving are crucial. Strength in prospecting and lead generation, and the ability to naturally overcome objections are also highly desirable.
Possessing proper licensure as a real estate professional, the candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, show a commitment to excellent service, and have an ability to function well in a team.
Candidates with a growth-oriented and learning-based mindset are preferred. They should be highly organised, efficient, willing to learn and master scripts and dialogues, along with excellent time management skills. Previous industry experience is favourable.
