The role also involves hosting a minimum of two open houses per month. Another key responsibility is to transform prospecting and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments.
The assistant should participate in script practice according to team standards and engage in team activities.
The individual is expected to commit to weekly coaching sessions, training, and partner calls.
Consultations with buyers, securing signed buyer agreements, and identifying suitable homes are also part of the job.
Offer writing and negotiation on behalf of buyers and tracking activities using PLACE Technology are essential.
The preferred candidate should be driven, competitive, and have excellent skills in building rapport, active listening, and problem-solving.
Strong likelihood for prospecting and lead generation, with a natural ability to handle objections are key traits required.
The assistant must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and commit to providing excellent service.
The ability to work well in a team dynamic, being a licensed real estate professional, alongside having a mindset oriented towards learning and growth will surely benefit the candidate.
Being organized and efficient, possessing a willingness to learn, and having excellent time management skills are highly desired for this role.
Prior industry experience would be a plus.
