Beckman’s Real Estate Team is seeking a motivated real estate professional interested in advancing their career. The team, which sits among the top 20% in North America, is looking for individuals with a passion for exceeding expectations.

The future associate will need to graduate from PLACE Launch and Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certifications. They will be expected to put in place PLACE lead generation systems weekly. Interacting with buyers and identifying appropriate homes will be a key duty. The new hire will also have to negotiate deals for sellers and buyers and maintain task tracking via PLACE technology. The employee will be expected to host 1-2 open houses monthly and convert prospecting efforts into service appointments. They would follow team script practices and take part in team activities. Regularly, they will participate in coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Call, as well as consult with sellers, turn leads into listings, and market homes effectively. They should be experts at pricing strategies, staging and other listing services.

Beckman’s is open to sales professionals who are competitive and motivated. Candidates who listen well, build rapport and find solutions are desired. The candidate should be proficient in prospecting and lead generation and can deal resiliently with objections. Communication must be a strong point, both spoken and written.

Key qualifications include being a team player and holding a valid real estate license. They should also have at least 2 years of real estate sales experience, strong communication skills, be learning and growth-oriented individuals. The candidate must also be well-organized and able to manage time effectively, with a willingness to master scripts and dialogues.
