Beckman’s Real Estate is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and competent Real Estate Assistant with a fervor for the industry and a fine eye for detail. The individual will participate in various duties from administrative tasks to the coordination of property listings, with the aim to ensure seamless communication between clients and team members. The expected duties include graduating from PLACE Launch and securing Buyer/Listing Certifications and Web Lead Conversion Certification. The individual will need to use PLACE lead generation systems weekly and devote time to interact with buyers, secure agreements, and recognize suitable homes. The role demands the individual to skillfully represent both buyers and sellers during negotiation offers. Essential use of PLACE technology will be used to track tasks and activity progression. The assistant will have the responsibility to run 1-2 open houses each month and convert generated leads into appointments. In line with team standards, the candidate will engage in script practices and take part in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls. A significant part of the role is to consult with sellers, effectively market homes, and showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listings.

The suitable candidate for Beckman’s Real Estate is a highly motivated sales professional with a competitive edge. The ability to build rapport, listen to the needs of others, and provide solutions comes naturally. The candidate excels in prospecting and lead generation and is comfortable overcoming objections.
