The Real Estate Assistant role will involve several responsibilities. These include completing PLACE Launch, Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification programs. The position requires use of PLACE lead generation systems weekly. Other duties involve providing advice to buyers, obtaining signed buyer agreements, and finding suitable homes. The assistant will need to negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers and monitor tasks and activities through PLACE Technology. They will host 1-2 open houses each month and convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. The assistant will also need to practice scripts that align with team standards, take part in team activities, attend weekly coaching and training sessions, advise sellers, convert leads into listings, market homes effectively, and show proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing service.
