Beckman’s Real Estate is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant. This role demands the applicant to have a fiery passion about real estate and a profound eye for detail. As a Real Estate Assistant, your role is to support the agents by taking care of administrative duties, coordinating property listings, and ensuring smooth and timely communication between clients and team members. The key to this role is showcasing excellent organization skills and a proactive approach to provide exceptional service. This role suits those who thrive in fast-paced settings and those excited to elevate their real estate careers.

As a Real Estate Assistant, you’ll need to complete the PLACE Launch, Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification programs. This entails using PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis, advising buyers, securing signed buyer agreements, and selecting suitable homes. You’ll need to deftly negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers, and be responsible for monitoring tasks and activities through PLACE Technology. The role also demands you to host one to two open houses each month, turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointed meetings, practice scripts in alignment with team standards, and actively participate in team activities as dictated by the team standards. It is also expected of you to attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls. The responsibilities also include advising sellers, converting leads into listings, plus effectively marketing homes. You’ll need to display proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listing.

Having a valid real estate license is a key requirement for the applicant, along with a minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales. Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbal, are crucial to deliver exemplary client service. The applicant should be a team player who collaborates well with others and a person willing to learn and master scripts and dialogues. Being highly organized and managing time effectively is a key requirement too.
