They desire someone who can actively support their agents in administrative duties, organize property listings and facilitate seamless communication between clients and team members. The person should have strong organizational abilities and a proactive attitude, as they are the backbone of excellent service.
They expect the candidate to have graduated from the PLACE Agent Launch and/or Buyers Certification. The role requires collaboration with sales agents to assist clients in finding the right homes. It also involves providing detailed written feedback to help define or refine clients’ search criteria. The assistant will be responsible for writing and negotiating offers on behalf of sales agents and clients. A commitment of at least 10 hours per week to lead generation is necessary.
The role involves participation in weekly script practice sessions and active involvement in team activities. They expect the individual to track tasks and activities effectively using PLACE Technology.
