The Real Estate Assistant’s role includes graduating from PLACE Agent Launch and/or Buyers Certification. They will work alongside sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes. They will provide comprehensive written feedback to confirm or adjust clients’ search criteria, write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients. The assistant should dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation and participate in weekly script practice sessions as per team standard. Other commitments include team activities, weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call. Tasks and activities should be tracked effectively using PLACE Technology.
