Staged To Sell, Las Vegas’s leading luxury home staging, design and real estate marketing company, is growing. They’re looking for a motivated Staging Assistant. This person will support the team and help boost the company’s brand reputation across the valley.

This position is suitable for those at the entry level or in the early stages of their career. Experience is not necessary and pay will correlate with level of experience.
The selected candidate will provide staging and design support. This will include helping with staging and de-staging homes, arranging furniture and decor, and styling. They will be expected to take before-and-after pictures for social media contents. They’ll also assist with on-site visits and client consultations, as well as organizing, maintaining, and preparing inventory such as furniture, accessories and decor. They will also perform manual tasks such as packing, unpacking, and moving furniture. In addition, they’ll support designers with sourcing and preparing staging materials.
The successful applicant will also contribute to marketing and business growth. They’ll help expand the brand’s presence in the Las Vegas market and assist with sales outreach, follow-ups, and proposal preparation. They will need to track leads and support business development initiatives. Knowledge of all types of social media marketing is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for home staging, design and aesthetics. Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance are also important. They should be ambitious, eager for growth, and result-oriented, and they need excellent organizational and time-management skills. Being able to solve problems quickly and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment will be crucial, as will a creative mindset and the ability to follow direction and procedure. Physical work will be required, including handling and moving furniture. Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license are also necessary.
The working schedule will be Monday to Friday on day shift, with the minimum required availability being from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They’ll work 32 to 40 hours per week, with no weekends required. The office is located in southwest Las Vegas. Pay will be based on experience and will be a base pay plus performance incentives, commissions, and opportunities for bonuses.
