Staged To Sell, the biggest luxury home staging, design, and real estate marketing firm in Las Vegas, is looking to expand. They are seeking a motivated Staging Assistant to support their team and play a role in boosting their brand’s standing across the valley.

Staged To Sell is known for transforming empty homes into stunning, ready-to-sell showpieces. They sell faster and at a higher value. This role is ideal for those who aspire to develop their skills in the home staging industry, take pleasure in producing visually impressive results, and enjoy working as part of a high-achieving team.

The position is suitable for entry-level or early-career candidates. Even without experience, one can apply as the pay will be according to the experience level.

The role includes helping with staging and de-staging homes which entails furniture placement, décor arrangement, and styling. The Staging Assistant will take before and after photos for the company’s social media content. Support for on-site visits and client consultations will be part of the role too. They will be responsible for organizing, maintaining and preparing inventory like furniture, accessories, and décor. Also, manual tasks related to packing, unpacking and moving furnishings will be part of the duties. Additionally, they will need to provide support to designers in sourcing and preparing staging materials.

As part of the company’s drive for growth, the Staging Assistant will also play a part in enhancing the brand’s presence in the Las Vegas market. They will need to assist with sales outreach, follow-ups, and proposal preparation. Tracking leads and supporting business development initiatives will also be part of their role. Familiarity with all forms of social media marketing is essential.

The ideal candidate would have a passion for home staging, design, and aesthetics. They should have a keen eye for detail and present themselves professionally at all times. Being motivated by performance, growth, and results is valuable. Superb organizational and time-management skills are another plus. The Staging Assistant should be able to solve problems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset is another must-have, along with the ability to follow directions and procedures. The role requires some physical work, so being comfortable with lifting and moving furniture is important. Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license is also a requirement.

The schedule includes a Monday to Friday day shift, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The person is expected to be available for 32 to 40 hours a week. Working on weekends is not required. Payment will depend on the experience. The office is located in Southwest Las Vegas.
