The appointed person will be responsible for implementing staging plans room by room on install days. This includes assisting with the positioning of rugs and furniture according to the plan in place. The person will need to unwrap, prepare, and place décor, artwork, and accessories in the home.
Job responsibilities also include hanging art and mirrors with precision, styling beds, surfaces and completing finishing details (like pillows, throws and décor placement). The candidate will also be expected to make minor tweaks to improve spacing, balance and overall presentation.
Further tasks include packing, loading, unloading décor bins, managing artwork and accessories, and ensuring careful handling of inventory to keep it clean, organized and free of any damage.
An emphasis is placed on keeping job sites clean, organized, and running efficiently. Workers are expected to work closely with the staging team to ensure high-standard completion of homes.

Occasional team lifting might be required, although the logistics team handles most heavy furniture. This role being the foundation of the staging team, team members demonstrating strong work ethic, attention to detail, and alignment with company standards can look forward to increased responsibilities and advancement over time.
The position pays from $20.00 per hour and is an in-person role.
