They are hiring for the role of Warehouse & Logistics Lead Driver. This position is located in Las Vegas, NV. The starting payment ranges from $21 to $24 per hour (based on experience and skill set). The job is part-time, the schedule is Monday – Friday, and the hours vary seasonally between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The company is in need of an organized, hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Lead Driver. This person must take pride in their work, remain reliable, and thrive in a mish-paced environment. This leadership role involves managing the warehouse inventory, driving a 26-foot box truck, overseeing the logistics team members, and ensuring the efficiency and safety of operation. Strong work ethics, excellent organizational ability, and a knack for supervising others are key requirements for this job.

Job responsibilities will include safely operating the truck for daily deliveries and pickups. They will be responsible for leading the logistics team, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, tracking inventory, and handling all inventory during loading/unloading. Additional duties involve assembling furniture and decor, minor repair work, assisting with hanging art and mirrors, daily truck prep, and troubleshooting any job-site challenges.

Applicants should have a clean driving record (for the past 3 years), a valid driver’s license (NON-CDL), and should be able to lift 75+ lbs on a regular basis. They also should have prior experience in inventory handling and appliance assembly and must be comfortable with minor furniture repair. A background check is required, and the applicant needs to have excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.

Previous experience in home staging, moving, or furniture delivery, inventory or warehouse management, organizational and multitasking skills, and familiarity with GPS and scheduling tools will be a plus for this job position.
