The company provides professional home organization services, preparing for moves or renovations, and unpacking assistance with teams extended across the US and Canada. Right now, NEAT Method Bergen County is on the lookout for part-time organizers to be a part of their team.

They are primarily searching for individuals who are passionate about enhancing people’s lives by organizing their spaces.

As part of your responsibilities and duties, you will be expected to review client notes and photos before initiating the project. Understanding client goals prior to each project is crucial. Organizing solutions as instructed by the Lead Organizer will be a part of your role. Also, you will contribute to planning spaces and organizing solutions. When required, personal shopping for organizational products will be your responsibility. Moreover, assisting with donation drops and product returns will also be needed.

If you can commute all through Bergen County, NJ, possess a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, value a robust work ethic and positive outlook, and have a good grasp of organizational processes, you could be the fit they are looking for. Although previous experience as a professional organizer is welcomed, it is not a mandatory requirement. Having a background in interior design or home staging is considered a plus. Other requirements include being effective in a team setting, taking direction, managing varied personalities, maintaining positive and effective working relationships, showcasing integrity and professionalism, as well as discretion.

Also, the ability to visualize and transform a space, showing confidence and problem-solving skills while deferring to the Lead Organizer, commitment to safety for self and others, and physical capability to work standing for several hours, lifting heavy items, and climbing ladders is necessary. Available to work from Monday to Friday, on an as-needed basis. However, hours are not guaranteed.

The job is part-time and pays from $25.00 per hour. The expected working hours per week range from 5 to 15. Benefits include an employee discount, a flexible schedule, and a referral program. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday, majorly mornings.

Applicants are required to answer the question about their availability to work from Monday to Friday and their available timings each day. The preferred job location is Bergen County, NJ. Regular commute within Bergen County, NJ is a necessary condition. The work location will be in-person.
