The Staging Project Assistant will work hand in hand with the company’s designers. They will be responsible for assisting with staging installations and contributing to the overall aesthetics of the projects.

Their responsibilities don’t stop there. They will also assist in staging and de-staging homes which includes furniture placement, décor arrangement, and styling. This role might also involve organizing and maintaining the inventory of furniture, accessories, and props in the warehouse.

Being part of the team means supporting everyone in sourcing, selecting, and preparing staging materials while also taking part in client consultations and on-site visits. Preparing for each project will include assisting in packing, unpacking, and moving furniture and décor items.

Keeping things neat and clean is a must thus maintaining cleanliness and organization in staging areas and vehicles falls under their responsibilities. If they can, they could help with social media content creation by capturing before-and-after staging photos. They may be tasked with other administrative and hands-on duties as the need arises.

Someone with a passion for interior design, home staging, or real estate might fit right into this role. It would be highly helpful if they are currently enrolled in or have recently finished a program in interior design, staging, or a related field. However, this is not a necessity.

They must have a keen eye for design and aesthetics and possess strong attention to detail. Physical work will be part of the job since they will need to be able to lift and move furniture and décor items. Since they need to be at job sites, reliable transportation is a requirement.
