Mickey’s Staging Solutions, operating out of Albuquerque, is excited to find a full-time Logistics Team Leader to join their premier home staging staff. They are looking for a dynamic individual who is adaptable, a problem solver, and takes initiative. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $14-16, dependent on the confirmed experience of the successful candidate.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills are essential. Any experience in inventory management or familiarity with day-to-day office operations will be welcomed. If you have prior experience with data entry, this could be highly beneficial.
The successful applicant will have many responsibilities. The general oversight of day-to-day operations in the warehouse is paramount, which includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations. A keen eye for improving performance efficiency alongside an aptitude for implementing the best practices in delivery and logistics is key. The successful candidate will also be expected to coach and mentor delivery personnel.
Warehouse management will form a large part of the role. This will encompass a variety of tasks, such as ensuring safety compliance, caring for the general organization of the area, managing furniture repair and protection, coordinating the setup of showrooms based on guidance from the Lead Designer, inventory management, and supply control.
In terms of staging and de-staging, the responsibilities include coordinating tasks with the Lead Stager and Admin for assigning crew teams, communicating preparation requirements to the team, managing on-site safety, and handling transportation and packing of inventory. You may also be required to hang art and perform light cleaning tasks.
Operational duties will involve input on the employee manual and company processes/procedures when needed. The successful candidate might also get the opportunity to create training videos for the crew and attend bi-weekly meetings with the owners. Preparation for warehouse sales will also be part of the role.
Training newcomers in the company’s processes/procedures as required will also fall under the new hire’s responsibilities. They’re offering both full and part-time positions. The remuneration is an hourly rate of $14.00 – $16.00. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
The successful applicant should be prepared to work 8-hour shifts during the morning. They should be based in or willing to commute to Albuquerque, NM 87109. If necessary, relocation should be completed before beginning the job. The work will be conducted in-person.
