Mickey’s Staging Solutions in Albuquerque is eager to bring on board a full-time Logistics Team Leader. They want someone who is not only adaptable and versatile but also capable of solving problems. They greatly value individuality and appreciate employees who are ready to initiate action. Previous experience in the field will yield an hourly wage between $16 and $20.

The perfect candidate would have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of managing time effectively. Besides these traits, having some experience in inventory management would be a huge plus. Any experience in data entry or managing day-to-day office operations would also be highly valued.

The logistics team leader’s main responsibilities will be managing the warehouse’s daily operation. This includes ensuring safety compliance and implementing best practices. They will also be involved in improving performance and efficiency, whilst handling deliveries and logistics. They will also be required to coach and mentor delivery personnel.

In the warehouse, they will focus on driving the 24-foot box truck and ensuring overall organization. Repairing furniture, providing furniture protection and managing warehouse supplies will also fall under their supervision.

Their role in staging will involve coordinating stages and executions with the Lead Stager and scheduling crew teams for each Stage or De-stage. They will be responsible for the loading of trucks, transport of inventory, and being the on-site safety representative.

Inputting company operations, creating training material, and attending bi-weekly meetings with the company owners will be a part of the logistics team leader’s role. They will also be responsible for training new personnel in company processes and procedures.

This position can be either full-time or part-time with a pay rate of $16 to $20 per hour. It comes with several benefits, including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off. Usual work shifts include 8 hours in the mornings. The work location is on-site.
