They are seeking an individual who embodies adaptability and problem-solving traits and can take on challenges appreciatively. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $14-$16, and the pay rate depends on validated experience.

The aspiring candidate should be equipped with excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Past experience in inventory management and managing day-to-day office operations is an additional benefit. A knack for data entry will be an added advantage.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations. This includes safety compliance, enhancing overall performance, implementing best practices, and handling delivery and logistics. Mentoring and coaching delivery personnel will be part of the role.

Responsibilities will encompass maintaining safety, organization, repairing and protecting furniture, managing warehouse supplies, and implementing an inventory control system. The role also involves coordinating the organization of showrooms under the guidance of the lead designer.

The duties extend to coordinating all stages of execution with the Lead Stager. The selected individual will need to communicate with the team, load trucks, transport inventory to and from stages, be the on-site safety representative, and pack accessories at a de-stage. Hanging art, light cleaning at stages, and reshelving furniture and accessories upon the de-stage will also be involved.

The role also extends to operations, where input on the employee manual may be necessary. Other tasks may include creating training videos for the crew and participating in bi-weekly meetings with owners.

To the furthest extent, it includes training personnel in company processes and procedures, as required. The job can be either full-time or part-time, with an hourly pay ranging between $14-$16. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off.

The role requires the individual to commute in Albuquerque, NM 87109. If the selected candidate is not a local resident, they might have to relocate to Albuquerque, NM 87109 before starting work. The entire work will be conducted in person.
