Mickey’s Staging Solutions in Albuquerque is seeking a person who is problem-solving, adaptable, and takes initiative for the full time position of Logistics Team Leader in their home staging staff. They are looking for someone with great interpersonal and time management skills.
Prior experience in inventory management and managing day-to-day office operations is beneficial. Successful candidates will earn an hourly wage between $14 and $16, based on proven experience.
In this role, the candidate would be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This involves ensuring safety compliance, improving overall performance, implementing best practices, managing delivery and logistics, and coaching delivery personnel.
Responsibilities would include overseeing safety and overall organization. The Logistics Team Leader would need to coordinate organization of showrooms under the direction of the Lead Designer and manage warehouse supplies. They would also be responsible for maintaining the inventory control system.
Other tasks include coordinating all stages and execution with lead stager, scheduling crew teams, communicating with the team regarding preparation, handling inventory transport, being an on-site safety representative, and overseeing the packing and protection of furniture and art.
They would provide input on the employee manual and procedures as required and create training videos for the crew. They would meet regularly with the owner(s) and prepare for warehouse sales. They would also train new personnel in company processes and procedures as required.
The position is full time or part time with benefits such as a 401(k) and 401(k) match, health insurance, and paid time off. The work location is in person at Albuquerque, NM 87109. Applicants are required to be able to commute or relocate to Albuquerque before starting work.
