Grande Properties is a New York City based company looking for a Staging Project Lead. They specialize in luxury home staging and design, with a knack for helping clients maximize returns during property sales.
Their team is expanding to accommodate a growing amount of staging projects throughout NYC. They need a flexible, style-savvy individual to fill the role on a contract basis.
As a Staging Project Lead, successful applicants will team up with the company’s founder to carry out attractive and unique staging installations. Duties include managing the projects on the day of delivery, organizing styling efforts, coordinating vendors, and overseeing the team. The project’s end goal is to ensure everything runs smoothly and appears polished.
This job is freelance, with hours that vary depending on project needs. Some weeks may be busier than others, making this job suitable for existing contract workers looking for additional projects.
Key responsibilities include leading or assisting with home-staging installations, from setup to styling, managing communication between team members and handling logistics on installation days. Other tasks involve arranging interiors using items from Grande Properties’ collection and providing support during project breakdowns, resets, or inventory organization as necessary.
Candidates should be experienced with home staging, residential design, or home organizing. They should be organized, attentive to details, and able to find solutions quickly while under pressure. Prior experience in managing teams or projects is a plus, especially in creative or corporate fields. Applicants should understand luxury aesthetics, be able to lift up to 15 lbs, have reliable transportation, and be based in NYC with availability between 9am-5pm on weekdays.
Payment is $25 per hour, offered through a 1099 freelance contractor arrangement. Self-sourced projects may be eligible for referral commissions.
Projects have flexible dates, with opportunities for additional hours during busy seasons. The position is also beneficial, as it allows you to work with a well-known brand and gain practical experience in luxury staging.
