Candidates are required to have over three years of professional experience in home staging or home decor visual merchandising, and at least one year in a leadership or management role. They must be based in New York City and be able to travel to our Hudson Valley Headquarters near New Paltz, NY.

Candidates with experience in short-term rental or hospitality property design, familiarity with inventory management, procurement, or logistics, hands-on skills such as hanging artwork, arranging accessories, and assembling furniture, or a strong social media or content creation background are preferred.

Working at Cathy Hobbs Design Recipes, one of the premier staging companies serving the Tri-State Area, would offer a chance to be part of a firm that is consistently ranked among the top home staging companies in the United States.
