The role comes with a variety of responsibilities. You’ll receive extensive training so you can refine your skills, and make use of their advanced lead generation system. You’ll be tasked with representing clients, crafting successful agreements and negotiating strategically.

Your tasks will be managed through cutting-edge technology to achieve a high level of organization.

Part of your role will also involve hosting two open houses per month, converting leads into valuable appointments and continually enhancing your skills through specialized script practice and team activities.

In addition to this, you will be provided with personalized coaching sessions, and have the opportunity to offer high-level consultations to sellers. Implementing effective marketing strategies, you’ll demonstrate leadership in understanding market dynamics, pricing strategies and home staging techniques.

For the role, a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience is required, along with a NC real estate professional license. It is important that you are motivated and competitive, have exceptional interpersonal skills and are proficient in sales. You should also be able to communicate persuasively, collaborate effectively with the team, manage your time well, and be adaptable and eager to learn.
