The Listing Specialist will wield considerable impact on the market, manage property listings, and represent homes with exceptional skill. To ensure their success, the company will provide the individual with tools, training, coaching, and systems.

The ideal candidate is a diligent, positive, motivated, and ambitious agent ready to succeed while working within the dynamic team framework.

The role entails Advanced Training to refine and update the agent’s skills to remain a leading figure in the industry. There will be a focus on Strategic Lead Generation using the company’s innovative systems to grow the client base with high-quality leads.

The Listing Specialist will also engage and advise buyers and sellers, handle agreement crafting, and participate in strategic negotiations successfully.

The position requires Efficient Task Management utilizing advanced technology to track necessary tasks and activities.

The individual will need to plan and execute two strategically targeted open houses monthly to showcase properties and attract potential clients.

Lead Conversion and Continuous Skill Enhancement through tailored coaching sessions and advanced training will help the Listing Specialist enhance negotiation and client interaction skills.

The Specialist is also required to provide high-level consultations to sellers and stay abreast of market fluctuations.

The job demands prior professional experience in real estate sales, motivation, remarkable interpersonal skills, outstanding communication abilities, team collaboration, adaptability, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
