There’s an exciting employment opportunity for those interested in learning about the home staging process or with prior staging experience. The company is searching for a candidate who can join their team part-time, assisting with home staging installations around Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

The role will involve preparedness and pulling of various items for stagings such as accessories, art, soft goods among other things. Being present on the installation day will be a part of the role. The individual will pack up the art, decor, and accessories when the contracts end, also known as ‘destaging’. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse is critical. They will also have warehouse work days where unpacking and building furniture will be part of the job.

The working hours are strictly between 9 to 5, with no weekends involved. The company estimates around 20 hours of work per week, with a scope for increase.

Being flexible is necessary in this role as every day brings a new challenge. They are looking for a hardworking and motivated candidate who’s able to solve problems, handle heavy items, and withstand long periods on their feet.

The candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car as some jobs may require 30+ miles of travel. Although design experience is preferred, at the very least an eye for and passion for design is mandatory.

The pay starts at $18 per hour, which will be reviewed after the first three months. This job is available as part-time or an internship, with pay starting from $18.00 per hour. The expected work commitment is 20 – 30 hours per week. This job requires the individual to work in person.
