They are seeking an Interior Design Project Coordinator at the Linden Creek Raleigh Studio, where they set the standard for process and client experience for the growing national brand. By being an integral member of their team, candidates would not only be managing projects but also shaping Linden Creek’s future success. In this role, the candidate would oversee each client project, ensuring seamless execution from onboarding to final installation. Attention won’t be on designing spaces but on finely tuning the operation to guarantee excellence consistently.

As the primary contact for clients, the candidate will manage project timelines, oversee invoicing, and coordinate every logistical detail. The candidate will ensure flawless project closeout and installation logistics.

The right candidate is a sophisticated communicator, proactive and exceedingly organized, preferably with experience in project management in design or a related service industry. The candidate needs to be comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines while also being adept in project management tools, spreadsheets, and invoicing platforms.

Linden Creek requires candidates with at least three years of experience in interior design. Appropriate candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, keen attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent project organization skills. They should be able to work efficiently in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment.
