Custom Home Staging and Design is in search of a driven Lead Designer to join their expanding team. They are known for transforming both new builds and resale homes into visually appealing spaces that demonstrate their maximum potential. The ideal candidate should be able to spearhead staging and design projects right from the ideation stage to execution. They need strong expertise in space planning and design principles to deliver cohesive, practical, and aesthetically pleasing interiors.

Furthermore, they must be capable of choosing the right furniture, finishes, and decorations that meet the project’s vision. They should possess leadership qualities to supervise the installation and styling of staged properties.

Proficiency in floor planning software is a must, along with the ability to read blueprints and craft floor plans. Skill in Canva or Adobe Photoshop for the creation of digital client presentations is also necessary.

This role also requires providing guidance to design assistants and staging team members. The lead designer will need a valid driver’s license and their own reliable transport.
