The candidate should have expertise in floor planning software and a solid foundation in reading blueprints and creating floor plans. Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Photoshop is necessary, as the job will involve creating digital presentations for clients.
The desired candidate will have past experience with sales and custom order furniture. They should possess strong project management skills, as well as being comfortable with sketching and drafting. The candidate should have knowledge of renovation, construction, and remodeling processes, as well as familiarity with contracts, budgeting, and lighting design.

The job type is full-time and the pay starts from $70,000 per year.
