They are currently seeking an Office Manager for their Raleigh office to help drive day-to-day operational execution across their studio team. The right person for this role is someone who takes the initiative, is always well prepared, and thrives in a dynamic environment that can change quickly. This is an active role, and the incumbent will be trusted to take ownership, anticipate future needs, and ensure the smooth running of projects, purchasing, invoicing, and internal workflows without needing constant direction.

The Office Manager will be an essential part of operations, and will manage invoicing, purchasing, project setup, reporting, and cross-team coordination. They will see to it that nothing is overlooked and everything continues to progress. The focus of this role is on execution, organization, financial accuracy, and operational excellence, not on designing spaces.

Responsibilities of the role include supporting project set-up and organization from start to finish, managing purchasing and procurement, overseeing invoicing and ensuring alignment with client’s payment schedules and financial milestones. They will also support bookkeeping tasks, coordinate internal workflows, track timelines and deliverables, maintain reporting on project status, financials, and operational needs, and provide general office coordination and administrative support as needed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and managing tasks, confident in their ability to manage invoicing, purchasing, and operational coordination, strong in communication and follow-up, deadline-driven, able to manage multiple priorities at once, and reliable and consistent in their work quality.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in office management, project coordination, operations, or administrative support; proven invoicing experience; bookkeeping experience or strong financial accuracy skills; strong attention to detail; proficiency with spreadsheets and basic office systems; and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

The Office Manager role is a full-time, day shift position from Monday to Friday, located in-person at the Raleigh, NC office. Expected hours are 40 per week. Benefits include paid time off.
