Their tasks to fulfill as a part of the role include filming staging installations, walkthroughs, and agent events. They will capture lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content, create Instagram reels, stories, and posts. Key roles include editing short-form vertical videos with captions, music, and selecting the appropriate pacing, and assisting with content planning and the posting schedule.
It’s ideal their content style is polished yet likeable, represents modern real estate aesthetics, educational and lifestyle mix, and clean, luxury but bright visuals. They must be comfortable filming on smartphones (any model of iPhone is preferable), understand Instagram’s current short-form video trends and possess basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe, etc.). They should also have a strong vision for lighting and composition. It is mandatory they own reliable means of transportation for the local shoots.
