Tres Belle Designs is currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior Home Staging Interior Designer. The individual will play a key role in leading and executing home staging projects, working closely with clients, and mentoring junior designers. The aim is to transform properties into appealing, functional, and elegant spaces that set them apart in the competitive real estate market.

The Senior Designer's duties include leading home staging projects from concept development to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed within stipulated timelines and budgets. The person will need to create staging plans customized to each property, keeping in mind the latest trends and buyer preferences. As part of the role, they will need to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, homeowners, and developers to comprehend their needs and deliver exceptional results.

In addition, the person will be responsible for selecting appropriate furniture, arranging it, and choosing decorative accents to enhance the visual appeal. They will provide guidance and support to junior designers and staging assistants while coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution. Staying updated on industry trends and applying innovative staging techniques to maintain a competitive edge will also be part of their role.

Interested candidates should have 2+ years of professional experience in home staging or interior design or a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. They should have a solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The person should have leadership experience with an ability to inspire a team. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The full-time job pays from $25.00 - $35.00 per hour with an expectation of 30 – 40 working hours per week from Monday to Friday.
