The Staging Associate role is a full-time job that involves assisting in executing home staging projects, from preparing inventory to installing and de-installing. They are hunting for an individual who is active and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Maarten Croix aims to assist this individual to develop into an independent leadership role within the staging process.
A large part of the role is physical and requires presence onsite for tasks such as preparing inventory, loading and unloading items, and setting up staged spaces. There is also a small portion of administrative work that can be done remotely when required.
Ideal candidates are those with a detailed eye, high standards, and follow-through ability. They value initiative and are hardworking, able to identify when something is off, and able to suggest solutions. They should also be excited about creating beautiful spaces and understand that staging involves fast-paced and physically demanding work. Flexibility, maintaining a sense of calm and offering solutions without cutting corners are also key in this role.
There will be a range of tasks from preparing stages using Stageforce and staging checklists, pulling and labeling items from storage, and maintaining organized storage units. The Staging Associate will also have responsibilities on stage days such as meeting movers at storage units and guiding the loading process.
In addition, they will have administrative tasks like maintaining inventory records, supporting marketing, and assisting with annual inventory refresh projects.
The desired candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a related field such as home staging or interior design and the ability to easily navigate the Google Suite and other programs. They should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for work travel.
This is a full-time position that will vary between 30-40 hours per week. It might involve some weekend work, and will often require the employee to be on site.
