The company is currently in search for a dependable and detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for design for the role of an Assistant Home Stager. The person suitable for this job will help support the staging team in arranging and dismantling project setups. The tasks would involve moving furniture, arranging décor, and ensuring each home is ready for the camera.

This hands-on job is especially meant for someone who enjoys physical work, is adept at following directions, and takes pride in making spaces look clean, organized, and polished. The Assistant Home Stager will work closely with the Lead Stagers to complement the key features of each property. They will arrange furniture, artwork, and accessories to deliver warm and market-ready spaces. They will ensure that all staging elements are clean, presentable, and meet the quality standards of Ashworth Home. Additionally, their job will involve satisfying end-of-day styling tasks like fluffing pillows, steaming linens, and making final walkthroughs.

They will also be required to help in loading and unloading furniture and accessories at staging locations. Tasked with the setup and breakdown of staging projects, they will follow directions to preserve consistency and efficiency. They are expected to maintain cleanliness and organization in the staging areas throughout the installation process. Being a team player during demanding staging days, they will respond well to the Lead Stager.

For the role of the assistant in inventory, they will bear the responsibility of helping with packing, unpacking, and arranging inventory during installations and stages. They will also help keep the warehouse and staging vehicles orderly and clean. Reporting promptlty to the Staging manager about any damaged or missing items is also part of their responsibility.

The ideal candidate for the post might have an interest or background in home staging, interior design, or visual merchandising. They are expected to exhibit a strong design sense and attention to detail. A positive attitude, and the capacity to take direction and work in a high-pressure environment is desirable. Physical strength sufficient for lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and decor items is required.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must-have. A professional, punctual, and dependable person who is comfortable working alone and as a part of a team would fit perfectly into this role. The company seeks to engage someone willing to learn the techniques of staging and who enjoys revamping spaces.

The job is part-time and on a contract basis. The pay rate ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour. Please note that this is an ‘in-person’ job function.
