Preferred qualifications for this role include prior experience in home staging or interior design, although not necessarily mandatory. They have seen florists excel at home staging too! The candidate should exhibit strong creative skills, an eye for detail, and the capacity to work under pressure in dynamic environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
The working schedule is flexible, although stagings are typically scheduled from Monday to Friday. The candidate should be able to show flexibility with regards to working hours. A passion for interior design and decorating, coupled with the ability to lift plastic bins is a requirement. The essential trait though, is being a team player.
This part-time role offers an hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $25.00. The expected working hours per week are between 10 to 30. Additional pay includes bonus and commission opportunities. The working schedule offers a good deal of flexibility, including opportunities to choose working hours, no mandatory night shifts or weekend duties. However, candidates must available for on-call duties.
