They are searching for a committed, creative individual to take on the role of Home Stager within their team. The role's main duty is to oversee a property's visual presentation that's up for sale. A successful candidate will possess a keen eye for design and a dedication to delivering a superior visual aesthetic.

This role involves assisting with the selection, packaging, and organization of furniture and props used for staging. Collaboration with movers and other stagers is crucial as part of the responsibilities. The Home Stager is expected to maintain a neat and organized staging area while observing safety protocols. Effective communication with all team members is essential to ensure the final product exhibits a sense of unity.

Preferred qualifications for this role include prior experience in home staging or interior design, although not necessarily mandatory. They have seen florists excel at home staging too! The candidate should exhibit strong creative skills, an eye for detail, and the capacity to work under pressure in dynamic environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

The working schedule is flexible, although stagings are typically scheduled from Monday to Friday. The candidate should be able to show flexibility with regards to working hours. A passion for interior design and decorating, coupled with the ability to lift plastic bins is a requirement. The essential trait though, is being a team player.

This part-time role offers an hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $25.00. The expected working hours per week are between 10 to 30. Additional pay includes bonus and commission opportunities. The working schedule offers a good deal of flexibility, including opportunities to choose working hours, no mandatory night shifts or weekend duties. However, candidates must available for on-call duties.
