The responsibilities attached to the role consist of selecting and arranging eye-catching furniture, artwork, and accessories to accentuate the unique features of every home. The Home Stager will be required to work in sync with the Staging Director and the design team to achieve an aesthetic that is consistent with the overall vision for each project. They will also be involved in property staging while adhering to the company’s design standards. Important aspects of the job description also include maintaining and restocking inventory, and ensuring that items are handled with care and kept organized.
Effective communication skills are paramount as the stagers will be expected to correspond professionally with Staging Directors and assimilate feedback for continuous improvements. A prerequisite for the role is that candidates have reliable transportation to facilitate travel to and from staging sites.
The role is part-time and pays between $20.00 and $30.00 per hour. Employees will work approximately four to ten hours each week. The benefits associated with the role also include a flexible schedule and a referral program. The employment location is in-person.
