The company responsible for several Airbnb properties positioned in Lawton, OK/Ft. Sill, is currently looking to hire an Airbnb Property Designer & Caretaker. The person they are searching for should be reliable, hold a keen eye for detail, and be able to work without constant oversight. The job offers flexible hours, paying $20 per hour for each completed task.

Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring the properties are well presented and ready for guests at any time. This includes staging, organizing, and maintaining an inviting environment for all guests. As a caretaker, you would also handle various other property-related activities such as receiving deliveries, coordinating with different service providers, and being there to assist guests as and when required.

If you are a stay-at-home parent and can multitask around your children, this position might be perfect for you. It offers a flexible schedule and the chance to earn extra income. Your duties would range from property checks, inventory management, handling deliveries and packages, on-site vendor coordination to running errands. At times, you may also be needed to provide guest assistance, which could involve resolving minor issues, such as WiFi resets or adjusting smart locks.

To be considered for this role, you must have reliable transportation to travel between properties and complete errands. You should also have a smartphone that can access the internet for task updates, scheduling, and communication. Availability and flexibility are critical as the role may require you to be available for scheduled tasks and occasional urgent requests. The successful applicant will be in a position to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision and would be highly trustworthy and professional. The role is considered as an independent contracting position, so you must be legally eligible to work as one and handle your own taxes and invoices. Also, having the ability to complete tasks efficiently while having children around is crucial.

Although not required, having experience in Airbnb/short-term rental management, home staging, or interior design would be beneficial, as would a background in customer service or hospitality and some technical knowledge of resetting WiFi and the usage of smart locks.

Payment will be made per completed task rather than on an hourly basis, with each task being estimated to take an hour and earning $20. Workflow is assigned as needed, rendering the position ideal for those seeking a supplemental income avenue with a flexible schedule.
