Home Staging Northwest, a leading home staging company in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Staging Project Manager to join their team. They are renowned for preparing properties for sale in collaboration with Realtors, investors, builders, and homeowners. The company’s goal is to transform spaces and inspire buyers.
The Staging Project Manager will oversee staging projects from contract to completion. The position is tasked with coordinating scheduling, communication, and logistics to provide clients an exceptional experience. Involved in this role is working alongside other Project Managers as well as the warehouse, logistics and operations teams to make each project a reality.
The responsibilities of the role include being the primary point of contact for staging clients. This involves introducing oneself to new clients after quotes and contracts are given, confirming receipt of quotes and contracts, providing guidance during the staging process and answering any questions related to staging packages and services.
Also included in the role is contract and scheduling coordination. This means guiding clients through completing staging contracts, explaining how installation dates are secured, tracking requested installation timelines and scheduling staging installations once contracts are finalized.
The role requires project management skills to oversee staging projects from contract to installation. This includes coordinating details with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, operations and designers, and maintaining accurate project notes and timelines.
The Project Manager also has to plan and schedule walkthroughs when clients need help deciding on staging packages and which rooms to stage. Providing professional recommendations based on property layout and market appeal is also key.
Following up with clients every 2-3 business days if contracts remain unsigned is another duty, as is overseeing installation details and ensuring projects run smoothly from installation to completion.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing client relationships, logistics, and project coordination. They need to be organized, communicate clearly and confidently, enjoy working with people, and be able to manage multiple projects at a time.
The required qualifications include strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools. Preferred qualifications include experience in home staging, interior design, real estate, or project management, knowledge of the home listing process, and experience working with Realtors, builders, or investors.
