HomeStyled Nashville, a boutique home staging and design company that has staged nearly 1,200 homes in the Nashville area since 2016, is searching for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Home Staging Assistant to augment their team. Their mission is to create beautiful, market-ready spaces that help properties sell more rapidly and at a higher price point.

The person they are hoping to add to their team should be someone with a keen eye for design, a strong work ethic, and the capacity to operate both independently and as a key member of a team. The assistant will provide critical support in the form of dwelling setup, furniture placement, accessory styling, and project tear-downs.

The work schedule is relatively flexible, with options for a Monday/Wednesday/Friday or a Tuesday/Thursday week. Each day’s work will take around 5 hours, but the start times could fluctuate based on project specifics. Additional hours might be available dependent on workload.

Duties for this position include assisting with the loading and unloading of furniture and décor from the company vehicles, setting up, arranging, and styling furniture and accessories, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the staging inventory, assisting with the breakdown and disposal of staging items after a property is sold, and representing HomeStyled Nashville with professionalism at all job sites.

Desirable traits in applicants include a strong eye for design and attention to detail, an ability to lift and move furniture and décor (up to 50 lbs), reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license, comfort working in a fast-paced physical role, a positive attitude, and a team-player mentality. Previous staging, interior design, or visual merchandising experience is a bonus, but is not a requirement.

The role offers hourly pay contingent on experience level, mileage reimbursement, a flexible schedule on the set work days, as well as opportunities for internal growth in a creative and dynamic company.

Those interested in applying should contact Marcie at Marcie@HomeStyledNashville.com with an introduction about themselves, a resume, as well as any relevant experience in design or staging.
