Renewed Home Staging & Design is a rapidly expanding staging and design company, serving real estate professionals, homeowners, and developers throughout Middle Tennessee.
This small close-knit team invites an excited, organized, creative person eager to support both staging projects and everyday business operations. The role is a mix of staging assistance and executive/administrative tasks, with a key focus on ensuring that installations go off without a hitch whilst also being instrumental in the behind-the-scenes organization and coordination of the company.

The preferred candidate should have an interest in or prior experience in interior design, event planning, home staging, or administrative support. They should be highly organized and detail-focused, with robust time management capabilities. Multitasking and managing multiple projects or priorities at once should come naturally.
Strong communicative and customer service abilities, especially when interacting with clients and team members, are a must. They need to be comfortable lifting and moving decor and light furniture during staging installations, and possess reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Nashville and surrounding areas.
Proficiency in Canva and Google systems (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) with the ability to quickly grasp new systems and tools for business organization will be expected. A candidate needs to be comfortable working independently and also supporting a collaborative team environment. A positive mindset, diligent work ethic, project coordination skills and experience in scheduling or administrative support, and knowledge of CAD or design rendering software make a plus.
The role includes assisting with staging installations, project planning, scheduling, calendars, appointment coordination, and document creation and organization. They’ll also be responsible for client communication, invoicing, follow-up, maintaining internal systems, worksheets, and project files, sourcing, design selections, and running errands for the CEO.
The pay rate is between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour and the position comes with a flexible schedule.
Candidates will be asked to answer questions during the application process, such as their comfort level with physical work which might include lifting furniture and loading decor, and their availability during the week for installations that might start early and may require occasional travel. They may also be quizzed on comfort with managing both physical and administrative tasks and whether they’ve taken a DISC personality assessment.
The role requires English proficiency and the ability to commute to Nashville, TN 37211. The work location is in-person.
