The person in this role will provide indispensable support to their team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate for this position is not content with a regular desk job. Morphe Home Staging and Design is searching for a proactive, meticulous team admin capable of wearing numerous hats. Responsibilities will range from taking calls and responding to emails, office organization, and providing overall daily backing. The successful individual will assist in keeping operations running seamlessly. If organization is your thing and you can handle several different tasks simultaneously, this job could be for you.

The working hours for this role will be part-time, specifically Mondays through Wednesdays from 9:00 AM till 4:00 PM. Initially, the position will be contract-based, with the potential to transform into a more permanent role based on performance and company needs.

Key tasks of the job involve providing administrative assistance to the design and staging teams. This includes answering and making calls, customer communication, managing client interactions and project timescales via the CRM 17hats. Other duties require preparing invoices, contracts, appointment reminders, aiding in coordinating staging logistics and providing overall office assistance when necessary. Experience with creating presentations, marketing materials, and mood boards in Canva is beneficial, as well as familiarity with Google Workspace for file management. The role also involves the tracking of inventory and communicating with vendors.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. They should be computer literate and proficient in Google Workspace. An ability to learn and use web-based applications is essential, particularly in 17hats, nextiva, asset tiger, and designfiles. The successful candidate will also require strong skills in Canva, excellent customer communication skills, and should be comfortable on the phone. Experience in a home staging or interior design company would be a bonus.

Further requirements for this job include a background check and reference check, reliability and punctuality, and the ability to work as both part of a team and independently. References will be requested following a successful first interview, so be ready to share contact details.

This part-time, contract position offers competitive pay of $13.00 to $15.00 per hour for an average of 21 hours per week, a flexible schedule, and it operates from Monday to Friday with no night shifts. The job will be conducted in-person.
